In Salvador, the gen-t do Brazil project is analyzing blood samples to explore the origins of Brazilians. The collection of health and DNA data from the population living in Salvador, the city with the largest black population outside of Africa, is essential for the construction of the largest and most diverse genetic bank in Latin America.
